WEB Sting Announce Additions To Hockey Operations Staff

Sarnia Sting General Manager Dylan Seca announced today that the Sting have added Ryan Noad to the team’s scouting staff and have promoted Tyler Fines to the role of Player Development Coach.

Noad joins the Sting after spending the past two seasons as the Head Scout for the Central Scouting Bureau. Prior to that, he was a scout with the Peterborough Petes for five seasons.

Fines has been with the Sting for the past three seasons, serving as the team’s Video Coach. He will now be responsible for working with the Sting’s players on their individual development.

Both Noad and Fines will report to Sting General Manager Dylan Seca.

About the Sting:

The Sarnia Sting are a junior ice hockey team based in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada. They are one of the 20 teams that make up the Ontario Hockey League (OHL).

The Sting were founded in 1994 and have won two OHL championships (2000, 2018).

Notable alumni include Steven Stamkos, John Tavares, and Jeff Carter.

The Sting play their home games at the Progressive Auto Sales Arena.
